A meeting of Brazilian Souls with Brazilian Dances, Food and Live music in Groningen.
Casa Brasileira is back

Co hosted by Forró van Groningen and RNL Zouk. With
Lêh Oliveira, DJ Zoukerrro, Andynho Agassi, and Smaak van Brazilië.
The event will feature something for the whole family, kid's crafts, music, and dance workshops followed by a party with live performances and a DJ!
The early afternoon from 13:30 to 17:30 will be open to kids and participants of all ages.
With classic Brasilian food for sale from @Smaakvanbrazilie
From 17:30 on we will host workshops on Brazilian dance styles, Zouk and Forró by Lêh Oliveira as well as have food and drinks for purchase.
The evening ends with a dance party, with DJ Zoukerro, live music by Andynho Agassis and a Brazilian dances showcase.

In collaboration with Stichting Positivo we made this second edition happen at Platformtheater. With a Samba percussion workshop, Samba Axé workshop and live music from Batatuké.

In Groningen there are Brazilians, People who dance Brazilian dances like Forro or Brazilian Zouk, People that love Brazilian music. The idea of Casa Brasileira is to bring them all together and introduce the Brazilian culture and different styles of music and dances to each other.
